The objective of the IT Management Implementation Support service is to provide support and oversight for a client driven implementation project. 

Scope of Work

The scope of work contained in this service is

  • Review client's IT Management project status
  • Oversee IT Management implement project  

Deliverables

The deliverables relating to this service are:

  • IT Management project support and oversight services in line with client project plan
  • Review client's project documentation and deliverables at the various stages of the project
Method

Oversee project based on client's project plan and methodology.

Roles

The key roles required for executing this service are:

  • Project sponsor
  • Project manager
  • Project team
  • Project consultant

Toolset

The toolset to be used will be dependent on the client and project objectives.  The assessment tools will be based on one  or more the following options:

  • PMBoK
  • PRINCE2
  • Agile (e.g. SCRUM)
  • Project Management tools such as MS Project or equivalent
