The objective of the IT Management Alignment and Implementation Planning service is to develop an appropriate IT Management process alignment and implementation plan. 

Scope of Work

The scope of work contained in this service is

  • Establish scope of alignment and implementation plan


The deliverables relating to this service are:

  • An alignment and implementation project plan based on findings in one of the prior assessments


The method used for this service is:

  • Document alignment and implement plan and assist with supporting documents such as a business case and project charter if required

  • Agree alignment and implementation plan as well as supporting documents with client
  • Present alignment and implementation plan


The key roles required for executing this service are:

  • Project sponsor
  • Project manager
  • Project team 


The toolset to be used will be dependent on the client and project objectives.  The assessment tools will be based on one  or more the following options:

  • COBIT 5
  • PMBoK
  • Agile (e.g. SCRUM)
