- Agree Maturity Assessment scope with client
- Document Maturity Assessment plan
- Implement Maturity Assessment plan
- Present final Maturity Assessment report
Roles
The key roles required for executing this service are:
- Maturity Assessment sponsor
- Maturity Assessment consultant
- Maturity Assessment participant
Toolset
The toolset to be used will be dependent on the client and project objectives. The assessment tools will be based on one or more the following options:
- COBIT® 5
- ISO38500
- King III Code
