The objective of the IT Governance  Framework Implementation service is to provide a service for managing the implementation of an appropriate IT Governance framework. 

Scope of Work

The scope of work contained in this service is

• Agree IT Governance framework i.e. COBIT, King III and/or appropriate standards
• Develop program and/or project plan for implementing the agreed framework
  
• Manage implementation program/project 
  

Deliverables

The deliverables relating to this service are:

• Implementation program and/or project plan
• Program/project management services for implementing the agreed plans
  

Method

The method used for this service will be based on an agreed methodology.

Roles

The key roles required for executing this service are:

• Project sponsor
• Project manager
• Project team 

Toolset

The toolset to be used will be dependent on the client and project objectives.  The assessment tools will be based on one  or more the following options:

• PMBoK
• PRINCE2
• Agile (e.g. SCRUM)
