Dr Peter Tobin (PTC Consulting) Dr Peter Tobin is an experienced business executive and consultant in the areas of Corporate and IT Governance, Project Management and Knowledge Management. He spent nearly tweny years with one of the world's leading suppliers of information and communications technology products and services. He then took up a new career and spent thirteen years as an academic, including responsibilities as the IT Executive for a multi-million turnover business.   Dr Tobin has also offered consulting services to a wide range of clients over the past nineteen years, based on World Class methods, tools, frameworks and standards.
